How to schedule a class...
We use a free app called Wellness Living Achieve as our scheduling service. Go to your app store and download the free app called, Wellness Living Achieve. It is pretty easy.

Set up your user profile and click on Store. Put the class called First Class Free in your cart and then schedule yourself for whatever class you like.
Class Descriptions
Basic Yoga Class
This class is built around gaining confidence and stability in your body.
The sequences are specifically designed to help new students with strength and stability and provide experienced students with a more gentle option with a focus on alignment.
Core Power Class
This class will concentrate on strengthening your core muscles. Including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. This includes twisting, crunches, planks, among other core exercises. If you started 2026 with a goal of toning your body and increasing your strength.....this is the class for you!!
Restorative Yoga Class
Set yourself up for a great week by joining us for some grounding, calming and restorative poses. These classes are designed to help you maintain your own health and immunity leaving you feeling calm and strengthened for the upcoming work week.
Power Yoga Class
More than just a stretching class.... Our Power Yoga Class will keep your body moving and get your heart rate up! This is not an advanced yoga class and is suitable for anyone who wants to burn calories.
We sequence each class to bring your heart rate up and then improve strength and stability. We also offer modifications as we go to keep the class challenging but make it accessible so everyone can participate.
Energy Flow Yoga Class
Start your weekend with an energy flow yoga class that will stretch and strengthen your body as well as create energy to take with you throughout your weekend. Using both held poses and vinyasa flows, we will focus on both strength and alignment, leaving you feeling centered, open, and energized. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. New to yoga, no problem! We provide variations so each student challenged and welcomed!
Sculpt and Tone Yoga Class
This Sculpt and Tone Yoga Class is a dynamic fitness program that typically combines the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga with the intensity and strength-building aspects of a bootcamp workout. It offers a balanced approach, focusing on both physical conditioning and mental well-being.
Come ready to sweat....and expect to become more toned as we work!
Beginners Yoga Class
This class is built around gaining confidence and stability in your body. The sequences are specifically designed to help new students with strength, stability and alignment. We use specific props to help you become more confident in moving on the mat.
Slow Flow Yoga Class
A gradual, continuous sequence of poses, providing a more active practice. This class Incorporates both active and passive components while moving from one pose to the next. Your instructor will integrate your body movement with your breath, so you'll continue to develop strength and flexibility. These efforts will improve your physical well-being, encourage your self-connection and help you reduce stress.
Virtual Chair Yoga Class
More than just a stretching class! Our chair yoga class targets specific muscle groups and strengthens them using yoga postures that have been carefully adapted for chair classes. The sequence allows practitioners to participate while seated and also with the aid of a chair.

Virtual Classes-What to expect
When you sign up for a virtual class, the system will send you a link. 15 minutes before class (or right up until the moment the class is starting) click on the link. You don’t need to turn your camera on if you don’t want to.
You will be able to see and hear the instructor. During all of our classes (in person or online) our instructors tell you what part of your body to move, how to move it and where to move it. So, in a virtual class, you can practice without having to keep your eyes glued to the screen.
In Studio Classes – What to expect
Downtown is hustling right now!! And, frankly, it is exciting! So, as you can imagine, parking can sometimes be at a premium. All meter parking is free after 5 pm. So, it you arrive at a metered space at 4:45…. You don’t really need to plug the meter. Also, after 5, none of the restricted parking or the two hour parking rules are enforced.
We recommend 9th and 10th street parking both east and west of Kansas. There’s lots of parking there. Also, the parking garage at 9th and Kansas is free after 5pm. So, if you go in and grab a ticket, it will not charge you when you leave.
Class Etiquette
Our studio is a little different, and frankly, we’re proud of it! Our practitioners are very welcoming to new students and frequently introduce themselves in order to help folks feel welcome. We pride ourselves in our efforts to make our classes accessible to ALL body types, ALL ages, ALL levels of practitioners.
What this means is, you’ll likely hear some talking and lots of laughter before and after class…..we promote this! Folks who are comfortable around each other are much more likely to participate more fully and even experiment!
Also, and here’s where we really differ from most other studios…..if you are running late, absolutely NO PROBLEM! Life happens…. work happens…. family happens. If you are scheduled for class and running late, we usually put a mat down for you so when you come in, you can just go right to your mat and jump in. If you want to make sure, just message us and let us know you are running late, and we will put a mat down closer to the front of the studio, so you don’t have to step over other folks to get to your mat!
Bottom line? We want you to feel welcome!
